Restaurant Milan, founded in 1910 by Carlo Carugati, was the oldest restaurant in Geneva. It offered simple 'Della Mamma' cuisine with a personal touch from chefs Ludovic Masson and Narinder Singh. The menu featured Italian trattoria dishes as well as Swiss and Mediterranean specialties, prepared with local and seasonal products (GRTA label). The restaurant permanently closed its doors on May 31, 2025.
