- finding your identity through dance, (re)discovering psycho-physical harmony (e.g. after an illness), learning to integrate socially.

Cet atelier propose aux participants des stratégies pour faire face à l’adversité en maîtrisant les facteurs incriminés dans la genèse de ce syndrome, qui peut toucher aussi bien « l’employé modèle » que le conjoint d’une personne malade.
Axé sur la co-responsabilité entre facteurs internes et externes (employé et employeur, mode de vie et contexte environnemental), ce workshop invite les participants à optimaliser leurs compétences personnelles.

Les participants à cet atelier apprennent à augmenter leurs compétences en termes de gestion du stress, de capacités de concentration et d’intuition, et de gestion des conflits interpersonnels.
L’apprentissage de la pratique de l’attention contemplative et
