The company Pierre & Bois was founded in June 2015, following a meeting in Geneva between Mathieu Burkhardt and Joao Ferreira, a qualified carpenter and mason/tiler respectively. It quickly became apparent that their rapport and the complementary nature of their materials (one was never far from the other) could be an advantage.
