Our firm was founded in 2006 by Jean-Bernard Waeber, François Membrez, and Christian Bruchez, who were joined in 2011 by Eric Maugué. It now has six partners, five associate lawyers, and two trainee lawyers, all working together under the name WAEBER AVOCATS, in the heart of Geneva's old town, a stone's throw from the Palais de Justice.

We advise our clients and assist them in court and in dealings with cantonal and federal administrative authorities. We also support them in cross-border and international legal issues.

The firm's lawyers are also actively involved in community life, both in the institutional and associative spheres. They publish regularly in their areas of expertise. Thanks to their recognized skills, they are often invited to speak at academic or professional training events and to give lectures.
