Because we have cantonal authorization to operate in home care and assistance, recognized by all health insurance companies.

Because we are available 24 hours a day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Types of services:

1. Covered by the LAMal:

a) Assessment, coordination, and instruction

b) Nursing care (e.g., preparation and administration of medication, blood sugar testing, simple and complex dressings, infusions, blood sampling, etc.)

c) Basic care (e.g., assistance with hygiene, dressing, mobilization, etc.)

Rates: the rate schedule is subject to the LAMal law and is covered by insurance.

2. Paid by the user: (where applicable, reimbursement may be requested from supplementary insurance)

a) Domestic services (e.g., cleaning, tidying up, laundry and ironing, etc.)

Rates: the rate plan will be applied subject to agreement with the user.
