When I was 16, I bought myself a brand new Commodore 64! What an event—my first personal computer.

Today, more than 40 years later, it's hard to imagine the excitement I felt back then. Almost all of us now own some kind of device with processing power.

Back then, in 1982, owning a C64 was revolutionary. After a few months, I started upgrading the PC myself – not always to the delight of my parents. My enthusiasm for this device continued even when sometimes nothing worked anymore. My interest in electronics spurred me on to get to the bottom of the problem.

After several years, I had built up a good foundation for helping and advising other users.

I did this part-time for over 25 years, and in 2013 I made it my profession. Simply for the joy of computer technology and for the sake of problem solving. To stay up to date, I naturally followed every PC development over the years. As a result, my basic knowledge at the time has grown into a sound user technology. Developments and problem solving have not become more complicated, just more diverse.

I still feel the need to help people. I want to counteract the hectic pace and impersonality of everyday life. Whether it's problem solving, consulting, or a training course, I am available to help you with advice and assistance almost anytime. Namely, when you're sitting at your PC and don't know what to do next.
