Jean-Philippe Melly has been passionate about automotive mechanics since the age of 15, and has been working in this field for almost 40 years.

After completing an apprenticeship at a local garage, he went on to work there for 24 years as a mechanic.

With this wealth of experience under his belt, he decided to take the plunge and open his own garage, MC Autos, in Granges in 2008, where he works with the help of one employee and one apprentice.

Jean-Philippe Melly enjoys his job because, as the automotive industry is constantly evolving, he finds it rewarding to solve new problems and come up with innovative solutions.

In addition to standard vehicle maintenance and repair services , he also offersautomotive expertise and sells used cars and various automotive accessories.

Keep your vehicle in top condition

At MC Autos, we offer a complete maintenance service as well as expertise services.

Regular maintenance

We carry out all the usual checks to keep your car in top condition.

This service includes troubleshooting various problems, checking oil levels, and checking that the brake pads, parking lights, and air conditioning (with gas refill) are working properly.

In short, we give your vehicle a thorough check-up and return it to you as good as new!

At our garage, we also carry out gasoline or diesel emissions tests. Despite the law passed in January 2013, certain vehicles are still subject to these tests.

In addition to cars, we alsoservice trailers (lights and brakes).

Periodic vehicle inspection

Depending on the date of your appointment with the vehicle inspection service, we will schedule acomplete check-up of your vehicle.

This allows us to estimate the time needed to carry out any repairs on your car before submitting it for inspection by the vehicle inspection service.

On the day of the appointment, you don't have to worry about a thing; we will drive your car to the inspection site.

In the meantime, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle or, if you prefer, we will drive you back to your workplace or home.

Vehicle sales and repurchases

We also offer ourexpertise services for the sale or repurchase of a vehicle in order to certify that it is in good working order.
