In our cozy, welcoming restaurant, you can enjoy traditional Swiss dishes made with fresh produce from our own farm and local producers.

We can seat 40 guests in the dining room and 40 guests on the beautiful terrace.

Products from our own farm

In addition to the Alte Post restaurant, we also run a 10-hectare farm with around 8 cows, 3–4 young cattle, and 6 goats. Our main barn is located in Grindelwald at Oberäll, towards Bussalp. We have installed solar panels on half of the roof, which produce around 20,000 kWh of renewable energy per year.

In summer, the cows are on the Bach Alp, where the milk is processed into Alpine cheese. In winter, we feed the bull calves with the milk and thus produce veal for our restaurant.
