Our motto

This motto reflects the philosophy that is lived out in our residential and nursing home. We are committed to incorporating the history and lifestyle habits of our residents into our daily work. The aim is to adapt their new living situation to their previous habits as much as possible, so that their life is as close as possible to how it was at home.

We treat every resident with humanity and respect, seeing them as individuals with their own life stories and unique biographies. For this reason, we treat our residents with appreciation and respect: we treat everyone the way we would like to be treated ourselves. The resident is the focus of our attention. Living and experiencing life despite needing care. We are guided by the well-being of our residents – not by standards.

We support our residents by taking their physical, emotional, mental, and social strengths and weaknesses seriously. Our home should be a home for our residents. They should feel comfortable, at home. We (re)activate the mental and physical abilities of our residents. We are conscientious and competent. We have well-trained, motivated, and satisfied employees. We enable our employees to receive training. We create a positive environment and maintain a good image. We deliver the necessary business performance to ensure our continued existence.
