The cleaning of ventilation systems requires trained personnel with extensive technical expertise. We specialize in the following cleaning activities:

• Exhaust air systems in apartment buildings with enclosed wet rooms/bathrooms without windows
• Ventilation systems in public buildings, schools, indoor swimming pools, and shopping centers

• Ventilation hygiene

• We carry out condition and hygiene checks and hygiene inspections on ventilation systems in accordance with SWKI guidelines. Our skilled workers are certified as hygiene specialists in categories A and B in accordance with SWKI guidelines 104-01/02 (VDI 6022). Systems cleaned by us are excluded from the checks we carry out. We involve one of our partner companies for this purpose. This is the only way we can offer you the highest level of safety.

  We carry out air and water disinfection on humidification systems and pump systems in air conditioning systems. We are also able to disinfect controlled residential ventilation systems in Minergie buildings.

• Initial cleaning

• Initial cleaning of new and old buildings, as well as conventional and Minergie-standard buildings, is essential.

  For some time now, SIA guideline 2023 has required initial cleaning of ventilation systems in new and old buildings. Nevertheless, when cleaning ventilation systems after a few years, we repeatedly encounter defective system components or crushed ventilation hoses. In extreme cases, water even collects in the ventilation pipes – standing water in ventilation systems can pose a health hazard.

  Such cases can be prevented with an initial cleaning in the form of a hygiene check or even an initial hygiene inspection in accordance with SWKI 104-01/2. If necessary, a camera inspection of the installed Comfo-Tube pipes can be carried out and any dirty pipes can be cleaned.

• Who actually checks controlled residential ventilation?

  Controlled residential ventilation is mandatory in Minergie and passive houses. In airtight houses, it is often the only way to ensure the necessary air exchange. To maintain health and well-being within your own four walls, the systems must be regularly maintained and cleaned.

  We have been cleaning ventilation systems in industrial and public buildings since 1994. And since the turn of the millennium, we have also been doing so in residential buildings with Minergie and passive construction methods. Our specialists will be happy to carry out a free assessment of your home ventilation system. They will explain whether action is needed and how you can best respond.

  We only use the best for your ventilation system. Our highly flexible and very lightweight Airmaster Mini Ventilation Wave is perfect for rotating cleaning of Comfort Tube pipes or ventilation ducts. Its waves and brushes are extremely flexible, making cleaning efficient and fast.

  We tackle dust particles with a special compressed air system. It has an external dust trap that ensures that not a single particle enters the living space.

  Do you value good hygiene?

  When we inspect your ventilation system, we also carry out a hygiene check. This involves checking the system for leaks, damp spots, or condensation, for example.
  If any issues are suspected, we recommend an extended hygiene inspection. Our hygiene experts take samples, which are then evaluated by accredited laboratories.

  You will then receive a report and advice on the next steps from us.
  We carry out cleaning in accordance with the regulations of the SWKI Guideline 104/01 and VDI 6022. Our hygiene specialists are also trained in accordance with these standards. Our specialists will be happy to explain more.

• Dismantling

• The dismantling of a building services system requires extensive specialist knowledge, appropriate equipment, and permits.

  We have the necessary expertise, the required permits from the Swiss Electrotechnical Safety Inspectorate (ESTI) in accordance with Art. 15, and the authority to dispose of refrigerants properly, and can dismantle any building services system in a professional manner.
