Our apiary is located in beautiful Prättigau in the canton of Graubünden in Klosters. Most of our bees are at home in Klosters, where they fly around and diligently collect honey. In 2011, we started with a large number of bee colonies, laying the foundation for the Simi-s-Imi apiary.
In recent years, we have been able to breed a large number of bee colonies ourselves. All our bees live in Dadant-Blatt hives. We breed the queen bees for our apiary ourselves and let them mate on site. As the saying goes, an apiary stands or falls with its queen bees.
In 2016, Simon Grischott completed his training as a management consultant.
We have set ourselves the goal of establishing our apiary exclusively in the Grisons region. This allows us to offer our customers a Swiss product that is as natural as possible. It goes without saying that only the best is good enough for our customers.
