At Beck von Burg, we have always been convinced that good, healthy bread with character can only be made by selecting the best ingredients and using traditional methods. That's why we bake our bread according to traditional recipes. Our bread dough, which is made from 100% natural ingredients sourced from Swiss farms, is left to rest for up to 36 hours before being kneaded and shaped by our bakers and baked to crispy perfection in our good old oven. Chemical additives have no place in our bread. That's our principle.
But man does not live by bread alone. That's why Beck von Burg offers not only a large family of breads, but also delicious snacks, a wide selection of fresh salads, the finest pastries and patisserie – pure enjoyment!
