Thirty-one local farmers deliver excellent milk to the cheese dairy every morning and evening.
The quality of the milk, ultra-modern facilities, and meticulous work in keeping with tradition enable the production of excellent cheese.
Gruyère AOP is the main product, but other regional specialties (Brévinier, Gélinot des Prés) complete the range, as do several fondue blends.
Particular care has been taken to respect the environment, both in terms of heating (using local wood) and product recovery and recycling.
