Fromagerie des Chaux

The Fromagerie des Chaux, located in the heart of the La Brévine Valley, has been run since 2003 by Stéphane Menoud, master cheesemaker, and his team.

Native of the canton of Fribourg, he settled in the Neuchâtel mountains with all his entrepreneurial spirit and respect for regional traditions.

His artisanal mountain cheese operation enables him to add value to the milk production of some 23 cooperative farmers. Well established with his family in the region, he is a strong supporter of sporting and cultural activities in his adopted valley.
