Our adventure began on July 8, 1987. In 1996, the Serta restaurant underwent a radical renovation: the current main dining room was added, along with a grill island in front of the entrance (previously on the terrace) and a new wood-fired pizza oven. In 2002, the rooms were completely modernized, with eight double rooms equipped with shower, toilet, TV, minibar, and free wireless internet, each with a different, understated décor.
Our philosophy in the kitchen:
Our cuisine draws on the Mediterranean philosophy. This does not prevent us from venturing into other gastronomic realms, with a special focus on Ticino specialties, all enhanced by our Lombard chef Luciano Valsecchi. Luciano has been with us since the beginning, bringing his professionalism and knowledge to the table: he joined the Serta restaurant in October 1987.
Our cuisine is based on seasonal products and high-quality ingredients: our dishes are made to order, i.e. prepared on the spot.
We are open all year round, with the grill and pizza oven always in operation. We specialize in grilled meats, offering the best cuts of beef, ribs, and spare ribs. We also serve homemade pasta and delicious risottos.
We also offer seasonal specialties from asparagus to game, including the traditional Baden Baden saddle of venison. Fondue chinoise, bourguignonne, Valais cheese fondue, and raclette.
Our dishes also include Ticino specialties such as veal ossobuco with saffron risotto. Veal liver alla veneziana, pizzoccheri valtellinesi, veal brains on Sardinian pecorino cream and veal Cordon Bleu with Ticino alpine cheese,
Australian beef tartare prepared at the table, Châteaubriand, and mixed grill (7 types of meat). Fresh fish according to availability.
Wine list featuring over 100 labels with the best wines from Ticino, Italy, and Switzerland.
We specialize in banquets for up to 100 people. For years, we have been refining our skills and gaining experience with a variety of events: baptisms,
communions, confirmations, weddings, and celebrations of all kinds.
In summer, it is also possible to enjoy an aperitif on our terrace, shaded by a cool pergola.

Ristorante con eccellente cucina, ottimo servizio, buona ubicazione con posteggi in abbondanza. Spicca la cura dei piatti, la pulizia in generale e la cordialità degli adetti. Complimenti!
