Hartley & Tissier offers three different products: flat-woven rugs, hand-tufted rugs, and custom carpets (Axminster).

 

When we created Hartley's of Paris in 1995, we had no idea how successful our concept of French design combined with traditional English craftsmanship would be. We quickly gained a reputation throughout Europe for the design, production, and installation of our flat-woven rugs, wool carpets, and rugs, which were both elegant and durable.
As we grew, we expanded our range of products in stock, adding numerous colors and patterns. Today, thanks to our offices, warehouse, and workshop in Cheltenham, we are able to meet the global demand for high-quality wool rugs.
