Three friends from Lausanne, Giliane, Ivan, and Boris, joined forces to create "Le Montriond" with the aim of restoring this historic place, emblematic of their childhood, to its original purpose: to be a meeting place for different generations.

Thanks to their complementary professional backgrounds, a project was born that was tailored to the life of this residential neighborhood and won over the city.

The project is based on four main areas: catering, entertainment, socio-professional integration, and collaboration with local businesses and associations.

A range of high-quality snacks made with local and seasonal products. The menu is adapted to food intolerances and will satisfy young and old alike!
