In 1960, the company "BUCHER SA" was founded by Mr. René Bucher in Basel, specializing

in sanitary installations, heating, and ventilation.

 

In 1972, BUCHER SA was handed over to Pierre and Jean-Claude Zordan. It was renamed BUCHER ZORDAN SA and moved to St-Prex in the canton of Vaud.

 

Two years later, an exhibition of the famous rotating bathroom was held at the Comptoir Suisse in Lausanne. The invention and patent were registered by Mr. René Bucher.

 

In 1988, Pierre Zordan decided to found the company "BUCHER ZORDAN PIERRE SA" in Lausanne, dedicated solely to sanitary installations.
