Tessinois, baguettes, semi-white, black, peasant bread, as well as a range of wholemeal and special or seasonal breads—no fewer than twelve types of bread come out of our oven every day. Not to mention balloons, milk rolls, butter croissants, and chocolate croissants.

We also produce the famous Toétché, which has been awarded the distinction of "Specialty of the Canton of Jura."

In our patisserie, we still make traditional mille-feuilles, caracs, éclairs, and tarts. We also offer trendy and original desserts such as fruit mousses, parfaits, Eugénie and St-Honoré cakes, and many more!

Come and discover or rediscover our Milans, Bismarck, Anis, Croc-moi, Tuiles, Pèlerines, Macarons, Cœur de France, Mélange de sablés au Beurre, Mélange fourré, all of which are handmade in our workshops.

Perhaps you'll be tempted by our pralines with gianduja or our truffles, made on site. You can also try our many specialties such as Florentines, pavés, nougat, caramels, fruit jellies, chocolate branches, almond chocolate bars, and more.
