We carry out a complete thermal assessment of your building by simply analyzing your gas, fuel oil, water, and electricity bills. This information allows us to calculate your building's energy index, which will be used as a benchmark against the target values set by the Swiss Confederation. In order to locate the weak points in your building's envelope, we can also carry out a thermographic survey.

Carbon assessment of your building or activity

The carbon footprint of your building or business can be calculated in addition to the thermal assessment. Also calculated on the basis of your gas, oil, water, and electricity bills, it provides us with information on the amount of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere by the occupancy of your building or the operation of your business. In other words, the results obtained tell us what impact your technical installations or processes have on the environment.
Eco-Building Concept is a service provider authorized to carry out carbon assessments using the ADEME (French Environment and Energy Management Agency) method.
