3E Ingénieurs Sàrl is an engineering firm active in the fields of energy, water, and the environment. Founded in 2018 by David Simonnin, an EPFL engineer in environmental sciences with a Master of Advanced Studies in building energy (EDD-BAT), who has been working in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland for 15 years, 3E's main clients are architects, real estate agencies, private individuals, industrial services, municipalities, and cantons. The services offered by 3E in the fields of energy, water, and the environment are structured on several levels:

• Buildings: Calculation of heat expenditure indices (IDC), eco-consulting, energy audits, CECB and CECBPlus, energy concepts and projects for building thermal envelopes and heating and ventilation systems, studies of alternatives for replacing heat production systems, building permit applications, Minergie certifications, grant applications, project management assistance for building energy renovation projects (AMOEn)

• Real estate portfolios: Energy and CO2 emissions monitoring, Implementation of real estate portfolio renovation strategies.

• Territory: Territorial energy planning, energy policy consulting, spatial analysis and mapping applied to environmental fields (water, soil, and waste).
