Our beers come from the Brasserie des Franches Montagnes, with a selection that changes with the seasons.

Our Icy Hug ice creams are created and made by the very talented Sébastien Hug, who grew up in the village of Les Avants.

Our delicious bread and pastries are prepared and supplied by Patrick, from the Croustilland bakery in Chernex.

Finally, our cocktails are made from homemade syrups by our head waiter Benjamin!
