Active in the Paccots region as well as in the cantons of Fribourg and Vaud, our main activity is the construction of wooden chalets, various conversions and renovations, as well as extensions or extensions of houses or the complete restoration of old buildings.

Over the years, we have completed numerous projects and thus acquired extensive experience in the construction, conversion, and renovation of chalets and houses.

Nelbois was founded in 1977 by Louis Vallélian, a renowned carpenter turned entrepreneur, and has grown over the years thanks to word of mouth from customers and the dynamism of a dedicated team. His daughter Nicole joined the company in 1998 to take care of all administrative matters.

Since 2000, we have been building most of our Nelbois chalets as a general contractor, both for new constructions and for conversions or renovations, in close collaboration with local partner companies.
