Come and enjoy typical Swiss dishes in the heart of Europe in a rustic 17th-century chalet, a real historical gem with old-world charm.
Take a seat at one of the restaurant's 160 magnificent wooden tables and let yourself be lulled by the warm atmosphere while enjoying delicious dishes.
The dishes:
Our menu has remained unchanged for two decades!
We offer typical Swiss cuisine: fondues, raclettes and cheese croûtes made with cheese produced on site, homemade rösti cooked in cheese butter, meat grilled over a wood fire, and more.
Our menu also adapts to each of the four seasons with dishes specific to each time of year.
From Monday to Friday, we also offer daily specials.
Wines:
We offer wines from the region and the country.
Only one wine from France: Bordeaux.
Demonstrations:
Watch and participate in the artisanal cheese-making process from start to finish.
Cheese making takes place on Friday evenings, starting at 6:30 p.m., only during the winter season (December 15 to March 15).
