Our renowned product: YVORNE AOC A LA GEORGE, 100% Chasselas from a 2-hectare terraced vineyard, mainly trained using the traditional Yvorne method of gobelet à 3 cornes. The vines are cultivated in an environmentally friendly manner (integrated production). A la George is located 2 km downstream from the village of Yvorne. It is a 15-hectare estate representing 10% of the Yvorne appellation. Traditional vinification: static settling, temperature-controlled fermentation, racking and aging on fine lees, malolactic fermentation.
