Who are we?

In 2004, the winegrowers of Yvorne joined forces to create PROVY, a cooperative society for the promotion of Yvorne wines. With 22 members representing 159 hectares, PROVY also manages the "Caveau des Vignerons d'Yvorne" wine cellar, a welcoming place where visitors can taste and purchase wines from the appellation. Finally, PROVY organizes, among other things, open cellars on the Saturday and Sunday of Pentecost and the famous Ressat d'Yvorne on the last Sunday in October.

The vineyard

A place steeped in history and encounters, the commune of Yvorne is located on the Rhône motorway and the Simplon railway line. It is a small village with a renowned vineyard, situated on the sunny slopes of the Chablais Vaudois, which stretches from the plain to the Vaud Alps. It is a region that appeals for the diversity of its landscapes, vegetation and tourist activities in all seasons.
