We welcome you to our beautiful home for tastings, which we can accompany with local products according to your wishes. We welcome you in the cellar or outside if the weather is fine. The location, its setting, and its superb view of the Château d'Aigle are magnificent. It is also possible to reserve the venue for wedding receptions, birthday parties, etc., outside, accompanied by a catering service.

Bathed in sunshine thanks to its ideal exposure, in a magnificent setting dominated by the Château d'Aigle, a majestic 13th-century fortress, the Clos Aymond estate is truly a family affair.

It was the great-grandfather, Charles Monney, at the beginning of the last century, who designed the label that we still know today. His son Louis took over the business, then passed it on to his daughter Ruth and her husband Charles Giddey.

Now it is the turn of Christine, the fourth generation, and her husband Marius to take up the torch, continuing the tradition and producing the fine nectar we know today.
