Propriété Veillon

Since 1817, Propriété Veillon has been cultivating and producing these white wines exclusively from our own vineyards.

They are renowned as being among the best in the region. Our specialties, Harmonie du Cloître (a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Gamaret), Pinot Gris du Paradis, and Douceur du Paradis, are aged in oak barrels. These gourmet wines are highly regarded by connoisseurs and oenologists.

All our wines are aged and bottled on our estate. In addition to the old oak barrels, our cellar is equipped with the most modern winemaking facilities, enabling us to produce high-quality wine.

This year, our three Chasselas wines have once again been awarded the "Lauriers d'Or Terravin" prize. To produce good quality grapes, the vines require constant care throughout the year. During the winemaking process, continuous monitoring allows us to develop the qualities and full potential of our grapes. We can count on Marc Taverney, winegrower and oenologist, and Bernard Cavé, cooper and oenological advisor, to provide all the care our products need.

Our specialties, L'Harmonie du Cloître (a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Gamaret), Pinot gris du Paradis, and the sweet wine Douceur du Paradis are aged in oak barrels and are highly regarded and sought after by restaurateurs, connoisseurs, and oenologists.

The wine is vinified, bottled, and stored in our own buildings and goes directly from there to our customers. Our cellar is equipped with the latest facilities for producing top-quality wine, while continuing to use the old oak barrels.

This year, all our wines, "Propriéte Veillon au Cloître," "Clos du Paradis," and "Clos de la Cure," have once again been awarded the highest quality distinction, the "Lauriers d'Or Terravin." The vines and cellar are managed by Marc Taverney, head winemaker, and Bernard Cavé, oenologist and cooper.
