Superstructure

Our company's main activity is superstructure work. We specialize in the construction of new houses, from excavation to finishing works, as well as the renovation of old houses and extensions to existing buildings.
Our many years of experience allow us to offer precise work that is completed on time, thanks to our motivated and skilled employees.

 

Substructure

We have a fleet of vehicles, equipment, and cutting-edge construction techniques at our disposal.
Substructure work in Valposchiavo mainly consists of the construction of roads, canals, walls, squares, and gardens. We also carry out excavations and various types of transport.
Machinery and vehicles in excellent condition, together with expert operators, are the basis for successful substructure work.

 

Plastering

The finishing touch is given with plaster! For years, we have specialized in interior and exterior plastering of new homes and renovations.
We use premixed products applied by machine, but we also have the expertise to apply rustic plaster mixed on site and applied by hand, which is particularly suitable for fallow land.

 

Insulation and plasterboard

Renovated old houses are often thermally insulated on the outside by applying what is known as "external cladding."
When external insulation is not possible, the rooms are insulated individually on the inside, in most cases with a plasterboard system and interposed insulation. Our plasterers also install suspended ceilings made of plasterboard or acoustic panels.
