Spitex Regio Liestal is a non-profit organization with a public mandate from the municipalities of Arboldswil, Arisdorf, Bretzwil, Bubendorf, Frenkendorf, Füllinsdorf, Hersberg, Lausen, Lauwil, Liestal, Lupsingen, Ramlinsburg, Reigoldswil, Seltisberg, Titterten, and Ziefen.

Around 200 medical care and home economics professionals work for Spitex Regio Liestal. They perform an essential service in outpatient healthcare in the sixteen municipalities, which have a total population of around 49,000.
