treatment techniques that are performed directly with the therapist's hands, even acute and very painful problems can be effectively examined and treated with the necessary gentleness.

Newborns, pregnant women, and older people can benefit from the gentle approach to examination and treatment.

Treatment procedure

At the beginning of the first treatment, all important information regarding the current complaints is gathered in a conversation. The osteopath then manually examines the currently important organs/areas of the body for abnormalities. The patient is then informed of the important findings and the consequences for any osteopathic treatment. This also includes referring patients with findings that are beyond the scope of osteopathy to the most appropriate medical specialist for further clarification and/or therapy.

• Severe fatigue or exhaustion due to, for example, subclinical hypothyroidism or liver or adrenal gland dysfunction

• Problems with urination or bladder control (various forms of incontinence)
