PolyReg is a federally recognized association acting as a Self-Regulatory Organization (SRO) in accordance with Article 24 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). The organization supervises financial intermediaries and ensures compliance with statutory due diligence obligations. PolyReg is subject to the supervision of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and provides its members with comprehensive services, including AMLA training and support with regulatory issues. In addition to its headquarters in Zurich, the association maintains branches in Lugano and Neuchâtel.
