Philosophy and creativity

As the first restaurant in Ticino to offer sushi, our philosophy is linked to the concept of living food. Every day we offer fresh, top-quality products, which we use to make not only sushi, but also special dishes such as vegetarian and technical foods that stimulate the mind and lead us to explore the flavors of the world, paying attention to our customers' tastes and their intolerances, particularly to gluten and lactose.

Five days, five dishes

Every week we create new dishes of the day, which are filling and offer excellent value for money. From meat tartare to salmon and tuna tartare, from marinated salmon or tuna bites with delicious vegetables to rich mousses, we create new dishes every day. We also offer our customers a healthy herbal tea made with fresh ginger and brown sugar.
