Reflex'Flo Cabinet is a wellness center dedicated to reflexology and holistic practices. Located in a peaceful setting, our center offers a natural approach to relieving stress, improving circulation, and restoring balance to the body.

Our certified reflexologist, Flo, specializes in various foot, hand, and facial reflexology techniques to treat a range of physical and emotional ailments. Each session is tailored to the individual needs of our clients, whether it's to reduce tension, stimulate vital energy, or promote deep relaxation.

We also emphasize a caring and personalized approach, ensuring that each client feels listened to and supported throughout their care journey.

I have always been fascinated by human behavior and the relationship between the body and mind. With a genuine interest in people, I naturally gravitated towards a profession that allows me to listen to them and help them feel better. So I decided to create Réflex'Flo, offering massages and wellness solutions in the Begnins region, between Nyon and Rolle.

Feeling comfortable in your body, having a free and joyful mind, and living a peaceful life as much as possible, despite the daily worries that everyone encounters, is one of the key motivations that guides my choice of this profession of listening and support.
Indeed, it is always possible to feel better, even when we feel good... Reflexology and Chi Nei Tsang are healing methods, but they also allow us to feel stronger and more resilient in our daily lives.
