Since 1990, my partner Eliane Berger and I, Olivier Berger, have been working together as a small family business. After completing our training as piano builders and tuners, we were both able to deepen our knowledge in various music stores in Switzerland and prepare ourselves for self-employment. During further training, I also learned how to repair and tune historical keyboard instruments.

To ensure that the administrative side of our business is handled professionally and reliably, Eliane Berger obtained a business degree in Zurich.

Since 2018, our adult sons, Mathieu and Nicola Berger, have also been working with us as needed, complementing us with their enormous expertise in the organization, manufacture, and maintenance of the various workshop and office areas.

Since founding our piano store in 1990, we have specialized in servicing and repairing upright pianos, grand pianos, and historical instruments. Our customer base grew rapidly. Soon we were able to service instruments in various music schools in German-speaking Switzerland. Since 2007, we have also been regularly tuning some of the upright and grand pianos at the HSLU (Lucerne School of Music) and providing maintenance services.

Thanks to the locations of our workshops in Malters in the canton of Lucerne and Windisch in the canton of Aargau, we can reach our valued customers in these regions quickly and without any major detours. This enables us to offer first-class service at a reasonable price. Whether you own an old, new, inexpensive, or expensive instrument, we always strive to get the best out of your instrument. We are doers!
