My name is Alicia, and I am an educator specializing in supporting teenagers and young adults. Trained in coaching and Intervision, I help young people reconnect with themselves and others, become aware of their resources, and move toward a future that truly reflects who they are.

My role is to support adolescents and young adults aged 12 to 30 who:

• Are experiencing a breakdown in relationships, feel disconnected from themselves or others, and want to restore balanced relationships with others and themselves.

• Are experiencing personal, family, academic, or professional difficulties and are looking to overcome obstacles to regain confidence and stability.

• Want to understand what is holding them back, find concrete solutions, and build a future that suits them and makes them feel motivated.

Do you feel like no one understands you? Do you feel lost? Do you feel anger, sadness, injustice, or emptiness without really knowing why?

This unease can take many forms... but these are precisely the areas where we can work together:

• Constant stress, anxiety, or even phobias

• Difficulty managing emotions such as anger or sadness

• Deep fears: rejection, abandonment, humiliation, betrayal, injustice

• Dropping out of school or being bullied

• Difficulties in forming social bonds, leading to worrying isolation

• Increasingly frequent family tensions

• A loss of direction regarding their professional future

• A worrying relationship with screens, alcohol, or cannabis

How does it work?

• A free 30-minute initial appointment to get to know each other and discuss your situation.

• You then decide whether or not you want to continue with the support.

• Sessions are held in person, either at the office or at your home if that is more convenient for you.
