Buchard Bois SA was founded in Leytron (Valais) in 1902 by Julien Buchard, initially using his kitchen as a workshop. Over the years, the company has embraced virtually every trade related to wood (box making, carpentry, cabinetmaking, joinery, sawmilling). In 1996, Buchard Bois moved to Martigny to benefit from more spacious production facilities. Today, under the leadership of the fourth and fifth generations, the company focuses on carpentry and structural timber construction.
