I began my training with a course in foot reflexology in 2003. I then attended the Scuola Superiore Medico Tecnica (Higher Technical Medical School) part-time for five years, obtaining my diploma in medical massage in 2011. From June 2011 to August 2014, I worked part-time with a physical therapist in Novazzano, dedicating the other half of my time to my private practice. Since August 2014, I have been working full-time in my medical massage practice.
During my continuing education, I studied and learned the following techniques:
I have always been fascinated by posture, so in 2012 I began training as a Pilates instructor. Since 2013, I have been teaching Pilates classes for ProSenectute and weekly posture exercise classes for younger people.
