Terrassengeländer Umiken
Mit dem neuen Sitzplatz-Geländer als Absturzsicherung wurde ein dringliches Anliegen der Bauherrschaft umgesetzt. Die nachhaltige und einfach demontierbare Lösung passt ins Konzept der Eigentümer und fügt sich optimal ins Gesamtbild des Wohnobjektes ein. Optisch ansprechend soll das Endprodukt in erster Linie seinen Bestimmungszweck erfüllen: die Eltern können die Kinder nun sorgenfrei auf der Terrasse spielen lassen.

Es ist wahnsinnig schön geworden und wertet nicht nur den Steg, sondern die ganze Liegenschaft auf. Das ist wirklich Holzhandwerk vom Feinsten.

Altstadthaus Brugg
Am "Flusshaus", der zweiten Liegenschaft neben der alten Aarebrücke, wurden auf drei Etagen Laubenbalkone montiert. Die schlichten Anbauten fügen sich harmonisch ins historische Gesamtbild ein, als wären sie immer dagewesen. Die Eigentümer Maja Loncarevic und Roland Reisewitz freuen sich über dieses Etappenziel der Sanierungsarbeiten. Das Objekt wird künftig auch als Gästehaus genutzt und Seminarräume, einen kleinen Laden und ein Café beherbergen.

Es ist ein Ort zum Verweilen und Innehalten entstanden. Der traditionelle Holzbau mit modernen Einflüssen macht hier so sehr Sinn. Die Leute haben uns schon von der Brücke zugewinkt und gratuliert.

Dieser schöne Handabbund ist Handwerk von A bis Z und auch für den Fachmann kein Alltag. Zwar war das Aufrichten aufgrund der gekrümmten und schrägen Aussenwandstruktur eine Herausforderung, aber die Zusammenarbeit unter den Vorarbeitern war super. Wenn ich über die Brücke gehe, erfreue ich mich immer an diesem Objekt.
