My profession is not just a job, but also a passion and a mission that I bring every day to people who need my help. I enjoy human contact—having started my studies with a master's degree in art, I was able to learn about and become aware of psychological functioning and relationship issues through the use of psychodrama. My interest in psychology proved so strong that I decided to continue my studies in clinical psychology and psychotherapy, culminating in a CAS in sexology.

The experience I gained during internships, volunteer work, and professional work in numerous institutions in Switzerland and Poland led me to focus on working with individual adult patients as well as couples and families.

As a psychotherapist, sexologist, and addiction specialist, I support individuals and couples facing various personal or relationship difficulties.

I specialize in treating:

• Anxiety disorders, stress, phobias, panic attacks

• Mood disorders (depression, exhaustion, emotional fluctuations)

• Relationship difficulties (family conflicts, couple conflicts, communication)

• Sexual issues (desire disorders, pain, sexual dysfunction, questions about sexual identity or orientation, addictions)

• Eating disorders

• Addictions and addictive behaviors (alcohol, drugs, screens, gambling, sexuality, etc.)

• Periods of transition, grief, or personal questioning

My approach is systemic, holistic, and integrative, attentive to the connections, emotions, life stories, and resources of each person.

I offer consultations in French, English, and Polish.

Sessions take place in a caring, respectful, and confidential setting.
