Libre d'Oser is a therapeutic support center located in Morges, dedicated to people going through life transitions, bereavement, or end-of-life care.
I provide support using an Ayurvedic, holistic, and deeply human approach, respecting each person's pace, history, and sensitivity.

As a complementary Ayurveda therapist ( with OrTra TC Branch Certificate), I offer comprehensive support that takes into account the body, emotions, mind, and vital energy. Ayurveda, a traditional medicine from India, helps to support inner balance, calm the nervous system, and restore a gentler relationship with oneself, particularly in times of fragility or transition.

I work with people who are:

• experiencing grief (loss of a loved one, separation, symbolic grief)

• facing a major life transition (burnout, illness, change of role, existential crisis)

• at the end of life, as well as their caregivers, seeking support, presence, and comfort

My support is based on compassionate, non-judgmental listening and conscious presence. It is not about "fixing" or forcing change, but aboutbeing there, supporting what is being experienced, helping to navigate emotions, restoring meaning, and rediscovering a space of inner stability.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

• a time for listening and talking

• emotional and energetic support

• tools from Ayurveda to support overall balance

• grounding, breathing, and stress regulation work

Each support program is personalized and respectful of the individual, their beliefs, and their journey. My approach complements medical or psychological care and is part of a natural and integrative medicine vision.

I welcome people from Morges, La Côte, and the surrounding area in a safe and confidential setting.

I myself have experienced significant life transitions and bereavements that have left their mark on me. Drawing on my experience and after completing specific training, I created Libre d'Oser to offer professional support that takes into account the whole person.
