In craniosacral therapy, the human being is viewed as a unity of body, mind, and soul that interact with one another. The therapeutic work focuses on promoting and stimulating the human being's self-healing powers, which are always available to them despite any complaints and which lead their body systems to balance by renewing, regulating, and correcting them. Further goals include strengthening the ability to recover, as well as supporting the capacity for self-awareness and self-regulation.
