About
Within the expressive arts center, my role revolves around three areas. The first is to help individuals and groups unlock their public speaking potential through communication and theater techniques. The second is to design training courses on public speaking for schools, businesses, and private individuals. And finally, the third is to offer theater training to enthusiasts who want to develop their acting skills.
Having started my career as an actress and puppeteer in Neuchâtel, then as a director and teacher in Geneva and Lausanne, I realized how valuable theater tools can be in strengthening one's role in the professional world and in overcoming verbal inhibitions, which are one of the causes of burnout. Indeed, oral communication has an influence on the behavior of a person prone to this illness. Daring to express oneself in the workplace, even in front of one's superiors, is fundamental to maintaining a balance in one's relationship with oneself and others, which is the common denominator of effective communication.
I work with the conviction that you have all the resources you need to achieve your goals. I take your potential and expectations into account. Through my observation skills and empathy, relevant questions, and constructive feedback, I support you with kindness and confidentiality in your desired improvement process. Nothing is imposed because your approach is voluntary.
