NanoWatt S.A. was founded in January 2013 by Mr. Jérome Raeli in Neuchâtel.

Nanowatt S.A. is an electrical installation company with federal certification. Its field of activity covers low and high voltage electrical installations, telephony, IT, and it specializes in the design, sale, and installation of eco-friendly LED lighting, security, and home automation.
