Excuse me? When I talk about my area of expertise, I am often asked this question. Endodontology—better known as root canal treatment or, as many patients refer to it, "the 5 before 12 treatment."

"Endo" and "odont" come from Greek and mean "inside" and "tooth." It is therefore the treatment of the tooth nerves, or more precisely, root canal treatment.

Thanks to my specialization and the first-class dental microscope (Zeiss, Extaro), I am able to save diseased teeth with a higher probability (up to 95% for primary treatment, over 70% for revision treatment) than with conventional treatment.
