Down to the smallest detail

The milled and sintered zirconia framework is processed by hand. The individual layering of fine-structure ceramic gives the dental crown its final shape and color. After ceramic firing in the furnace at approx. 900°C, the tooth is finished with rotary instruments and finally glazed.
