The aim of homeopathic treatment is to find a remedy that matches the patient's symptoms. This remedy specifically stimulates the body's self-healing powers and sets the body, soul, and spirit on the path to healing.

Nutrition

Good health, well-being, and vitality in everyday life are causally related to an individually tailored diet, healthy intestinal flora, and a sufficient supply of vital substances.

We must supply our bodies with vital substances on a daily basis, mostly from external sources, through a balanced diet or, if necessary, through dietary supplements. Only a very small portion can be produced by the body itself. It is also important to monitor stored substances such as iron or vitamins D and B12. If the stores are insufficiently filled or even practically empty, it is almost impossible to fill them sufficiently through food intake alone.

A successful combination of homeopathy, individually tailored nutrition, and orthomolecular medicine (vital substance medicine) results in, among other things, good wound healing (even for wounds with significant tissue loss), faster recovery after surgery, recovery from skin diseases (e.g., neurodermatitis), ADS/ADHD, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, and autoimmune diseases (e.g., Hashimoto's thyroiditis).

Treatment procedure

1) Questionnaire

Duration: approx. 1 hour | from home

In order to ensure that I have the best possible conditions for the initial consultation (medical history), you will receive a questionnaire BEFORE the appointment. It contains questions about your own medical history and that of your family of origin, among other things. Choose a quiet moment to fill it out—the more details I know, the better I can advise you and find the right therapy for you.

2) Initial consultation

Duration: 1.5–2 hours | at the practice

Our first consultation at my practice serves as an opportunity to get to know each other. It is also a classic medical history interview: based on the questionnaire you have completed, I will ask specific detailed questions to identify the causes of your condition.

3) Follow-up session(s)

Duration: approx. 1 hour | at the practice

After 10 to 12 weeks, you will return to my practice. Together, we will look back, analyze your progress, and plan the next steps in your treatment. You will also have the option of receiving telephone consultations while taking medication or in the event of acute illnesses. My treatment follows the integrative medicine approach, which means that I view homeopathy as a complement to conventional medical treatment—and vice versa.

Cost

Hourly rate: The hourly rate is CHF 150 and is calculated based on consultations in the practice, telephone consultations, and repertorization (case-specific literature study and reflection).

Health insurance: My practice is EMR, ASCA, and HVS certified for homeopathy and is therefore recognized by all supplementary insurance companies throughout Switzerland. Services are provided in accordance with your policy. Consultations on nutrition and orthomolecular medicine are your own responsibility and are not covered by health insurance.

Appointment cancellations: Possible up to 24 hours in advance; after that, the appointment will be charged in full.
