"The Saxer family runs their winery in Nussbaumen with great passion and commitment. Profound knowledge and extensive experience paired with a love of experimentation and ambition are the key factors that go into our winemaking. Weingut Saxer AG produces a sophisticated range of fine wines from Eastern Switzerland. At the forefront of Saxer wines are Pinot Noir and Müller-Thurgau, the two traditional varieties of the region. Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Solaris, Grüner Veltliner and others complete the range with unique wines. These are vinified as single varietals or as cuvées and always reflect the blunt, straightforward and honest character of this region and its people."
