Viticulture in Oberstammheim
Strasser Weingut Stammerberg is located in Oberstammheim on the southern slopes of the Stammerberg. Since 2010, the Fredi and Maria Strasser family has managed the estate, which is centered at the Bergtrotte. The winery covers around 10 hectares of vineyards and specializes in the cultivation of fungus-resistant grape varieties (PIWI). Cultivation is carried out strictly according to biodynamic guidelines and is Demeter certified. In addition to viticulture, various animals such as mini Shetland ponies and Ouessant sheep enliven the farm.
