Procedure

 

 

 

 

• We will visit you at your home, with no obligation. This will give you a chance to get to know us and we can discuss all the details and peculiarities of your beloved pet in person. Food, litter box, health, possibly the vet, favorite games, and much more. We will also talk about your mail, plants, etc. After our conversation, you can take your time to think everything over again.
• Shortly before your vacation, give us a call to discuss any remaining details. The key handover takes place shortly before your departure. A checklist helps us to ensure that everything is done to your complete satisfaction.
• We take care of your pets and your home with lots of fun and games, and you enjoy carefree days off.
• After your vacation, you let us know that you have arrived home safely and that your pets are doing well. If we do not hear from you within 12 hours of the last feeding, we will continue to look after your pet until you contact us. Additional services will be charged separately.
• In our industry, it is customary to arrange for the return of the house key immediately after your vacation and to settle the bill in cash.

Procedure

 

 

• First of all, I will visit the pet owner without obligation in order to get acquainted with each other and to get to know his pets. I will write down all my duties, such as how much food is needed, where the food is, where the litter box is, the name of the veterinarian in case your pet needs veterinary attention, favorite games, or whether mail and newspapers need to be brought in, whether plants need to be watered, etc. After this visit, the pet owner will have time to consider.
• The pet owner will call me to arrange a time and place for the handover of keys (if possible close to the date of your departure). During the subsequent meeting, keys will be handed over and the checklist will be verified.
• Futter-Blitz Yvonne Neier acts on behalf of the pet owner and, first and foremost, for the well-being of their pet. Their pet is cared for with love, games, and fun.
• After returning from their trip, it is of utmost importance that the pet owner immediately informs me that they have arrived safely and that their pet is back in their care. I will continue to feed the pet if I do not hear from the client within 12 hours after the last feeding. The respective cost will have to be paid by the pet owner.
• Afterwards, we will arrange a date for the return of the keys (as soon as possible, please) and the settlement of the invoice in cash.

All pets will be cared for because I am fond of all pets.
